REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE A CONTINUOUS VIDEO  CLEARLY SHOWING THE BOX BEING OPENED AND SHOWING ALL ITEMS FACTORY SEALED AND BEING OPENED, IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGE TO THE ITEM. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED WITH THE VIDEO PROOF CLEARLY SHOWING THE DAMAGE  BEING REMOVED FROM FACTORY SEALED PACKAGING

UNBOXING GUIDANCE:

1. Prop phone/camera on a suitable surface with a clear view of the box

2. Start recording and open the box. Remove each item and take off bubble wrap

3. Show a full 360 degree view of each item, fully showing each item from all angles

4. Carefully open items and put batteries in (if required). Then, hold up item to be clearly visible on camera 

Can I cancel an order ?

 We are happy to cancel orders with no extra fee before your items have been dispatched, except where an item states non refundable! If your order is already on the way to you or has arrived, we are happy for them to be sent back as long as the items are still factory sealed - however the customer is responsible for paying the return postage fee. Once we receive the items back, we will issue a full refund for the order (Not including postage fees).

Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept both returns and exchanges of albums within 14 days of your order arriving, as long as the items are unopened and in their original packaging. Returns will be refunded via store credit, or paypal/bank transfer/cash (minus the shipping fees). 

We do not accept returns of photocards or lightsticks as once they have left our physical store/ distribution centre, we can no longer guarantee their authenticity. 

The customer however, will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges being sent to us, unless the item was damaged/you received the incorrect order.

We cannot accept returns due to mistakes inside the album such as misprinted pages, typos or missing inclusions such as photocards. These are factory errors caused by the manufacturer and since all of our albums are sealed, we cannot prevent this from occurring. Alongside this, we do not accept returns of photocards (unless damaged), as we cannot assure the legitimacy of any brought back. Any returns due to damage will only be authorised if accompanied by a video of the item being opened from the original factory seal and damage clearly visible. 

We cannot offer a refund for delayed shipping, as this is an issue on the part of the courier/royal mail, over which we have no control. If you do not receive your order within 7 days after dispatch, please contact us and we will do what we can to set up a claim with the courier for your lost/delayed order.
