SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Method: All items, except photocards, will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with insurance coverage up to £150. If you require higher insurance or prefer an alternative shipping option, please contact us through the chat button or on social media.

Photocards will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please contact us.

Dispatch Time: Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process, pack, and ship your order from our store. While we strive to ship orders within 48 hours, there may be delays during busy periods.

Order Not Arrived: If your order has been shipped but has not arrived within 5 days of dispatch, please contact us via email at senskamltd@gmail.com.

Multiple Orders: If you have placed multiple orders, please email us at senskamltd@gmail.com or message us on our Instagram page promptly after making your order. We will assess your orders to determine if they can be packaged and shipped together. Failure to notify us may result in separate shipping boxes or different shipment dates for your orders.
